Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Shipping Charges

To keep things simple and transparent for you, our shipping charges are based on your total order value.

  • Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier issues. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the respective courier partner's website.

Delivery Limitations

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Deliveries to remote locations or areas with limited courier service may experience extended delivery times.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct pin code and a valid contact number. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect address information.

Damages or Issues During Transit

We take the utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the package if it appears to be damaged or opened at the time of delivery.

  2. If you discover damage after opening the package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. You must provide clear photos and an unboxing video of the damaged product and packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing any damage claims.

  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
